杜平，研究员。现职为国家信息中心常务副主任兼国家电子政务外网管理中心主任。兼任中国信息协会副会长，中国人力资源开发研究会副会长、中国区域经济学会副理事长，以及中国可持续发展研究会常务理事、中国地理学会理事。主要研究领域为区域经济发展、国土资源开发利用、生态与环境保护等。先后主持完成各类政府机构委托的研究报告30多项，出版专著5本。多次参加包括亚行、联合国开发计划署（UNDP）、德国经济技术合作公司（GIZ）、日本海外协力机构（JICA）等机构的技术咨询。 Mr. Du Ping, a research fellow, is now the Executive Vice President of State Information Center and the Director-General of National E-government Network Management Center. He also serves as the Vice Chairman of China Information Association, China Human Resource Development Association and China Regional Economy Association. He is the standing member of council of China Society for Sustainable Development and a member of council of the Geological Society of China. His research priorities are regional economic development, land resource development and utilization, ecological and environmental protection, etc. He has chaired more than 30 government-sponsored research projects with five publications. Active participation was involved in the technical consultations for the ADB, UNDP, GIZ, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), etc.
