方学勇先生现任美国高通公司中国区智慧城市和工业物联网的业务发展总监，负责该领域的商务计划、平台及解决方案规划、以及合作生态圈的搭建。此前他还曾任职有线业务的中国运营商业务发展总监、高通创锐讯的PON产品线总监以及负责PLC技术在国家电网的应用。方学勇先生在硅谷和中国大陆有超过24年的通讯和半导体行业的研发、市场、销售以及管理经验，在浙江大学和美国SDSM&T获得电子工程学士和硕士。

Mr. Roger Fang is Director of Business Development of Qualcomm China Smart City and Industrial IoT, responsible for the business strategy, platform and solution planning, and ecosystem partnership and collaboration. He was Director of wireline carrier BD focusing on China market, and Director of Marketing of Qualcomm-Atheros PON product line and PLC in China State Grid market. Mr. Fang has over 24 years communication and semiconductor R&D, marketing, sales, and management experience, received BSEE and MSEE from Zhejiang University and SDSM&T in the U.S..
