Liang Jian is a founder of Zhejiang InnoTek Co., Ltd. and acts as the Chairman and CEO. He is an overseas Chinese returned from the United States and a senior expert of such fields as IOT, big data application and so on. He has been one member of “One Thousand Talents Program in Zhejiang Province” in 2010, and he is also a specially-engaged expert of Zhejiang Province, an outstanding business development talent of Hangzhou City and a specially-engaged researcher of the Intelligent City Research Institute of Zhejiang University of Technology. He has obtained a master degree of information and electronic engineering in Zhejiang University and also obtained another master degree in the Computer Engineering Department of Houston University in the United States. He had published many academic papers and owned many patents for invention. When he worked at No. 803 Research Institute of the Aerospace Ministry (Shanghai Electron Optics Technology Research Institute), the first thermal wave electronic microscope was invented with his leadership. In 1990, he went to study in the United States, has worked and developed business in the Silicon Valley for 20 years and owned abundant experiences of business development, R & D and management. In addition, he accurately defined the concept of “intelligent parking”, works together with the R & D team of InnoTek to actively build the city-level parking big data network that consists of China “Parking Assistant” (a mobile phone APP) seeking “vacant parking space”, sensing technology and equipment, intelligent parking guidance and management system and cloud platform. An entirely-new road for the car owners to realize the real-time, shared and whole-city “car life”, the government department to solve the difficult parking problem and mitigate traffic jam and the parking space manager to optimize management and improve benefit is provided.
